1Acceptance of Terms of Use

Welcome to mbi9. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and mbi9 ("Platform", "us"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the mbi9 platform — whether via web browser or mobile app — you hereby agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform. mbi9 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure you are always on the latest version.

2Account Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and use mbi9 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Not acting as an agent, representative, or intermediary for any third party.
• Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction that prohibits the use of online gaming platforms under local law.
• Not currently listed on any gaming platform's voluntary self-exclusion register.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a valid agreement under applicable law.

Mbi9 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account while the verification process is carried out. If a user is found not to meet the age requirement, the account will be closed and any unused balance will be handled in accordance with the platform's internal policy.

3Account Registration & User Responsibilities

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to own one (1) active account at mbi9. Holding more than one account — whether under a different name, email, phone number, or payment method — is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and wins.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during registration is true, accurate, and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, identification number, phone number, and relevant financial information.

3.3 Password Security

You are responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. mbi9 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit Methods

Mbi9 accepts a variety of payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and supported cryptocurrencies. The minimum deposit is RM10 and will be credited to your account immediately upon successful transaction verification.

4.2 Withdrawal Requirements

The minimum withdrawal is RM30. All withdrawal requests are subject to required security checks. Most e-wallet withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes, while local bank transfers take 1–3 business days depending on the bank.

• The first withdrawal must use the same payment method as the first deposit.
• The recipient account name must match the name of the member registered at mbi9.
• All withdrawals are subject to compliance with the wagering requirement for any bonus received.

4.3 Currency

The mbi9 platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as its primary currency. Any transactions in other currencies will be converted at the current exchange rate applied by the platform at the time the transaction is processed.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by mbi9 are subject to the specific terms and conditions set for each offer. General bonus terms are as follows:

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement (rollover) which must be fulfilled before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Only one (1) bonus may be activated at a time unless otherwise stated.

6.1 Prohibition of Cheating

6.2 Final Decisions

All game results recorded by the mbi9 server are final and binding. In the event of any discrepancy between what is displayed on a user's device and the server records, the server records shall serve as the primary reference.

6.3 Betting Limits

9Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by User

You may close your mbi9 account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat. Before closure, ensure all outstanding wagering requirements have been met and any available balance has been withdrawn.

9.2 Suspension by MBI9

Mbi9 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, or activity that compromises the integrity of the platform.

9.3 Voluntary Self-Exclusion
